Moneytracker is an online administration system for the control and management of all transaction procedures involved in cashless electronic payments. Moneytracker is an electronic credit note.

Which products and brands can be managed with moneytracker.ch?

Moneytracker can be used with all products and brands that are offered by SIX Multipay, including Maestro, MasterCard, VISA and CASH.

When can transactions be viewed in Moneytracker?

Transactions can be viewed in Moneytracker approximately 15 minutes after they have been submitted to SIX Multipay.

Does Moneytracker work on both a PC or a MAC?

No. Moneytracker only works on a PC.

How does it differ from topas PMS?

topas PMS displays not just Multipay brands, but other products as well, such as Postcard, Amex, Diners, etc.

How do I get Moneytracker?

Contact the SIX Multipay customer service to be activated to use Moneytracker.

What should I do if technical problems arise?

Contact your customer service representative.

How long is the data stored?

The data is retained for 6 months. If you require longer storage periods, please contact your customer service representative. Longer storage periods are possible for a charge.

How does Moneytracker function?

The terminal data is matched to the payment data. This matching helps you ensure that the payments to your bank account match the transaction data that has been submitted. If there is a mismatch for technical reasons, this is indicated by an error icon.

How do I receive a password and user name?

This information will be mailed to you via the postal service separately.

Do I need to change the password?

For security reasons, it makes sense to change the password right after you log-in for the first time. You are then required to change it every 90 days.

Which languages does Moneytracker support?

Moneytracker is available in English, French, Italian and German.

Does Moneytracker work for all modes of submission?

No. Since Moneytraker makes an unambiguous matching based on the terminal data and the crediting data, it is possible that some modes of submission do not specifically require the data needed by Moneytracker to be submitted.

How is Moneytracker structured?

Moneytracker is divided into 3 parts:
- The general information about settings, exports and contacts is at the top.
- To the left are found various hierarchal windows for company structure, payout accounts and reports.
- The main window displaying all queries is found to the right of the hierarchies.
- You can find more detailed information in the user manual.

It is possible to save the data that has been called up?

Yes. Moneytracker allows you to download all data in an Excel or xml file. This makes it possible to create customized reports which can you subscribe to and have e-mailed to yourself (PDF & Excel).
